As an alternative to the BT services, University of Reading staff now have access to Skype for Business which can provide a similar service to BT's 'Dial in with PIN' option. Using Skype for Business in this way is as easy as creating a meeting in Outlook, and provides the option to dial in from any phone or Skype for Business client. Staff members can create these meetings themselves and there is no charge for this service.
